DECOMP Denitrification is a specially developed microbial culture designed for the biological denitrification of ammoniacal nitrogen in industrial effluents and condensates.

Denitrification is one of the most effective biological processes for removing ammoniacal nitrogen. It typically follows nitrification, where ammoniacal nitrogen is first oxidized into nitrites and nitrates.

Denitrification is the biological reduction of Nitrates (NO₃⁻) into Nitrogen gas (N₂), which is then harmlessly released into the atmosphere.
